These are the cakes I have made so far. The Lightning McQueen cake was the first one I made...the one that looks like a rollerskate. I am still learning as I go along. I can only thank God for the doors He is opening. It all started with that one cake, and people having faith in me. I am actually thinking about going to school for a pastry chef, but not sure yet.
