You made the ultimate sacrifice,
and paid the ultimate price,
by dying on the cross
for every one of us.
You shed your blood and tears,
as you put aside your fears,
and put Your trust in the Father
in Your final hour.
O humble one,
O merciful one,
You alone are our God,
the one who never forsakes us,
and is always by our side.
For the price You paid
was the only way
to give us a new life,
an eternal life with You.
